Terms of Use

These terms are between you and StonkLab Inc. (1768908-0), 20829 77A Avenue, Unit 414, Langley Township, BC V2Y 0Y5, Canada, which operates AnonChat at anonchat.ai. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not, do not use it.

You must be 18 or older

This is not negotiable and there are no exceptions. AnonChat connects you to a stranger with no supervision and no way to know who they are, and it is not a safe place for a child. If you are under 18, you may not use this service.

If we believe an account or device belongs to someone under 18, we will block it. If you are an adult and you are blocked because of this, we would rather be wrong in that direction.

What you may not do

Using this service you agree not to:

• Sexualise a child in any way, solicit anyone you believe may be a minor, or share sexual content involving minors. This is the one rule we will report to the authorities rather than simply enforce ourselves.
• Send sexual content to someone who has not asked for it.
• Threaten, harass, stalk, or incite violence against anyone.
• Post hate speech, or attack people for who they are.
• Share anyone’s personal information, including your own chat partner’s.
• Advertise, spam, run scams, or recruit for anything.
• Record or republish a conversation without the other person’s knowledge.
• Use bots or automation, or try to defeat the rate limits.
• Evade a ban.

What we may do about it

We can end a conversation, and we can block your access temporarily or permanently, at our discretion and without notice. We do not owe you an appeal, though if you think we got it wrong you can write to contact@stonklab.com.

Reports are read by a person, and we take a copy of the reported conversation so we can see what happened. That is described in the Privacy Policy.

What this service is not

We do not verify anyone’s identity or age. We ask, and we record the answer, but a person who is willing to lie will get past that. Assume you do not know who you are talking to. Do not share your full name, address, workplace, financial details or anything else you would not want a stranger to have. If someone asks you to move to another app, treat that as a reason for caution.

The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, that anything will be delivered, or that the person on the other end is who they claim to be. To the extent the law allows, StonkLab Inc. is not liable for what another user says or does. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your messages

They are yours. We store them only to run the service and to handle reports, for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them to train anything.

Ending it

You can stop using AnonChat at any time; there is no account to close. We can withdraw access, or the whole service, at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you use the service somewhere that gives you rights this cannot override, you keep those rights.

Changes

These terms are versioned; this is version 2026-09-16. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
